Paul P. Voss, 86, of Worland died at Worland Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center on Monday, March 5, following a short illness.

Paul was born on Feb. 20, 1921 in Worland, a son of Otto P. & Mary E. (Youngman) Voss. He attended school in Manderson. When he was 14, his father passed away and Paul took over the family farm operations with his mother.

He married Vesta M. Chenoweth on Jan. 1, 1943 in Worland. In 1965, Paul and Vesta sold the farm and moved to Virginia for a short time. They relocated to Phoenix, where he worked as a tractor mechanic for Allis Chalmers. They then moved to Powell, where he continued working as a mechanic on tractors until he retired in 1989. Paul and Vesta then came back to Worland where they have resided until the time of his death.

Paul enjoyed tinkering and building model tractors and farm machinery.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Roy Allen; and one sister, Elsie.

He is survived by his wife, Vesta, of Worland; son, Rolland and (Cindy) Voss of Worland; daughters Linda & (Howard) Franzen of Powell; Paula Lewis of Sun City, Ariz.; and Trinna Voss of Peoria, Ariz.; sisters Helen Davis of Maine; Josephine Prill of Warrensburg, Mo.; and Edith Dellos of Worland; grandchildren Colleen Franklin, Brian Voss, Rhonda Molzahn and Terrie Yule; great-grandchildren Cody, Tucker, Christopher, McCoy, Logan, Elizabeth, Luke and Carley.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Worland Boys & Girls Club in care of Bryant Funeral Home, P.O. Box 524 Worland, WY 82401.
