Paul Miller, 35, passed away on Oct. 11, 2023 in Cheyenne. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 1 p.m. at the Nelson Auditorium on the Northwest College campus. A reception will follow at the Yellowstone Building. A full obituary will follow. Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
