Paul Howard Capper Decker, 99, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at his home in Powell.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 23, at Thompson Funeral Home in Powell.
Viewing will be from 9-10:30 a.m. prior to services.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Powell Valley Hospice.
