Patricia Marion Anderson, 91, of Cody, died at West Park Hospital Long Term Care Center on Sept. 13, 2014.
Funeral services will be held at Ballard Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
Cremation will follow and there will be a private family burial at a later date.
