Senior Devin Lynn swam four new qualifying times in the two meets, adding the 100 freestyle and the butterfly on Friday in Cody and the 200 and 400 freestyles to his resumé during the Dozah meet. Lynn has now qualified in all eight individual swimming events.
Also qualifying in additional events were Kyle Anderson, who added the 200 freestyle and the backstroke, bringing his list of qualifying times to four, and Andre Miasso, who earned his second qualifying time in the backstroke.
As a team, the Panthers finished third in both meets, behind Lander and Riverton, with Cody finishing fourth.
At Cody, Lynn was the top scorer for the Panthers, finishing first in the individual medley and third in the butterfly.
Anderson finished second in the 200 freestyle and third in the 100 freestyle. Erik Rodriguez finished fourth in the 50 freestyle and fifth in diving while Miasso finished fifth in the 50 and sixth in the backstroke. Trent Eckerdt also finished in the top six twice, fifth in the butterfly and sixth in the individual medley. Good finished fifth in the 100.
Only the top six finishers scored in the meet.
The medley relay team and the 400 relay team both earned third, while the 200 finished fifth.
In the Dozah meet, Lynn again won the team's only first place in the 400, and he added second in the 200. Anderson earned two fourth places in the 100 and the backstroke and Miasso was fourth in the 50 and fifth in the backstroke.
Billy Cummings was fifth in the individual medley relay and Izell grabbed fifth in the 50.
Also scoring team points with top-12 finishes were Danny McKearney in the 200, Jarred LaPierre and Trent Eckerdt in the individual medley, Cole Good and Tyler McCauley in diving, Cummings in the 100, Rodriguez, Good and McCauley in the 400 and LaPierre in the backstroke.
In relays, Powell finished second in the medley relay, third in the 400 relay and seventh in the 200 relay.
