Dallas L. Oliver of Powell was sworn in on June 13 as a member of the Wyoming Army National Guard’s Training Center Unit in Guernsey.
Oliver, who’s a senior at Powell High School, will be assigned as a plumber and pipefitter with the unit. After high school, he plans to continue his education at Northwest College.
