Northwest College’s Art Department will host its annual 4x4 Art Show & Sale on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The yearly event showcases small pieces of art. Nothing in the show can be over 16 square inches (2D) or 64 cubic inches (3D).
Organizers say the 4x4 Show is a popular place for buyers to find holiday gifts and affordable artistic gems — all created by NWC art, design and photo students and faculty. Last year the event had to go online, but this year, artworks will be available for view and purchase both in-person at the Northwest Gallery on campus and through Shopify online at https://nwc.edu/4x4. All artwork is priced at $12, $16, or $20 and all proceeds go directly to the artists.
The in-person show and sale opens Tuesday from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Northwest Gallery, located in the Cabre Building. Online sales will open afterward at 9 p.m.
The show will remain up in-person and online, with works available to purchase, until Dec. 17.
