Naida B. Franklin, 95, of Powell, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, at Sheridan Manor in Sheridan. Cremation has taken place, and a graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019, at 2:30 p.m., at Crown Hill Cemetery in Powell.
