The Friends of the Powell Library are helping to raise money for a new addition to the facility by hosting a murder mystery on Saturday.
The theme for the evening will be, “Dying for Love,” with one event at 4 p.m. and another at 7 p.m. at the Powell Library.
Participants will be immersed in the world of a cheesy love story gone wrong. Actors in costumes will mingle with attendees to help offer clues to murderer’s identity. Guests will also be treated to food and drinks while they search for evidence in the library.
“Grab your significant other for a fun date night and help raise money for a great cause,” organizers say.
Tickets are $50 per person or $75 for a couple and are available at both the Cody and Powell libraries. Only 30 tickets are available per event.
For more information, contact the Powell Library at 307-754-8828 or powell@parkcountylibrary.org.
