The Meeteetse American Legion Post 85 celebrated Veterans Day with a small ceremony the morning of Nov. 11.

The ceremony included special speakers District Commander Bobby Warner, of Basin; and First Vice Commander Russell Stafford, of Powell, who both spoke.

After the ceremony the community was invited to help the legion place the full sized flags on all veterans graves to complete the day. The flags flew for a week above the graves.

The legion post thanks all who participated.
