Max Jensen Wardell of Powell died Feb. 12, 2015, in Thermopolis. He was 81.
Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Burlington Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.
