She is survived by a daughter, Isabell Kelly of Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Albert Montoya of Powell and a cousin, Dale Montoya, who was raised in the family home as a brother.Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Haskell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
