Louella Adams, 99, died Nov. 13, 2017, at the Powell Valley Care Center in Powell.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Powell.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
