Several Powell students were honored by Casper College for their academic performances in the 2020 fall semeseter.
Rylee Ramsey was among 475 students who made the President’s Honor Roll, receiving a GPA of 3.5 or better while taking at least 12 hours. Other local students to earn the honor were Charles Polley of Cody, Bethany Taylor of Meeteetse, Sadie Harper and Braeden Tracy of Greybull and Ana Tharp of Basin.
Meanwhile, Lisa Eaton and Courtney Suko of Powell were among 346 students who made the Dean’s Honor Roll. To qualify for the award, a student must have a semester GPA of 3.5 or better. The recognition is for students taking six to 11 credit hours, and full-time nondegree-seeking students.
Other local students to earn the recognition were Leisa Elliott of Meeteetse, Ashley Trainor of Lovell and Ario Averett and Brenna Stanley of Greybull.
