Jewell “Jake” Harris Jacobs, 94, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Powell Valley Healthcare.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 17 at 2 p.m. at the Crown Hill Cemetery.
A viewing will be held Friday, March 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
