Jerry Lee Hazelhorst, 63, died Sunday evening, Oct. 20 at the Powell Nursing Home.
He was born June 26, 1939, in Faulkton, S.D. to Alfred and Minnie Hazelhorst. He worked as a truck driver in construction.
He and Elizabeth Schlieper Wheeler were married in Cody. His wife survives him in their home in Powell, along with stepchildren and other family members.
Cremation has taken place, and according to his wishes, no services are planned.
Miratsky-Easton Funeral Home handled arrangements.
