Jack A. Fitzwater, of Powell, died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Powell Valley Healthcare. He was 63.
Jack was born July 19, 1948 in Bath, N.Y., to Mary Jean (Strait) and Carson Fitzwater. Jack and Vickie Koski were married April 25, 1981 in Cloquet, Minn. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Barbara Crowe and Joan McLaughlin and brothers Steven Fitzwater and Douglas Fitzwater.
He is survived by his wife Vickie; sons Jack Jr. (Jaclyn) Fitzwater of Hutchinson, Minn., and Donald (Amy) Fitzwater of Farmington, Minn.; daughters Annette Parrish of Chester, Va., and Tara Fitzwater of Port Saint Lucie, Fla.; brothers Richard (Dawn) Fitzwater of Bath, N.Y., Thomas (Cindy) Fitzwater of Hornell, N.Y., Robert Fitzwater and Patrick Fitzwater both of Bath, N.Y.; sister Tracy Phillips; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in Powell at 11 a.m. Friday, May 4.
