The July heat continued as the Good Old Boys still hit the course.
This week’s game was three man, 2 net shamble.
In this game, everybody tees off, then the team picks the best drive before each member plays their own ball to the hole and then the teams use their two best net scores for their team score.
Finishing in first place with a 121 was the team of Don Hardy, Curt Dugger, and Clark Jeffs.
Six strokes behind in second was the team of Jim Core, Dave Frost and Larry Hedderman.
Only one behind them with a 128 was the team of Dennis McCollum, Paul Devoss and Lloyd Snyder.
The final team with a 129 was the team of Gerry Johns, Olie Olson and Ray Nelson.
Five deuces were carded, two by Hardy on holes No. 4 and 17, Core and Olson on hole No. 15 and Dugger on hole No. 4.
The low net went to Dugger with a 61 and the low gross went to Hardy with a 75.
