Heading into mid-late June the Good Old Boys continued to hit the golf course, as the game of choice was 1 & 2.
In this game, each team uses three of the players’ scores, one gross and two net scores.
First place with a 222 was the team of Rhett Wolff, Stephen Burtoft, Gerry Johns and Dave Frost.
Just two strokes behind in second was the team of Dennis McCollum, Curt Dugger, Thom Seliga and Jim Core.
Third place went to the team of Marc Saylor, Clark Jeffs, Larry Hedderman and Randy Mair with a 227.
Fourth place with a 229 was the team of Ed Swistak, Joe Comer, Olie Olson and Lloyd Snyder.
Fifth was the team of Jim Tobin, Paul Devoss, Cas Seago and Ray Nelson with a score of 231.
Three deuces were carded, Jeffs and Tobin each had one on hole No. 4 while Frost had one on hold No. 8.
Nelson had the low net with a 70 and Frost had the low gross with a 78.
