Frieda Hoffmann, 91, died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at the Powell Valley Care Center.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 22, at First Baptist Church in Powell.
Viewing will be one hour prior at the church.
Burial will follow at the Crown Hill Cemetery.
