As part of an effort to serve parents, Veritas Academy and Cody CMA church are partnering together to bring Tedd Tripp to Cody for a two-day seminar.
Tripp is “a deeply respected author, presenter and expert on parenting,” event organizers say. “He understands the ever-changing parenting philosophies yet will spend the bulk of the time unpacking what the Bible teaches about how children are ‘wired’ and how a parent can best shape and influence their development from infancy through adolescence.”
The Shepherding a Child’s Heart Seminar will be held Friday, Oct. 22, from 6-8:45 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Cody CMA, 147 Cooper Lane East.
Organizers say those who participate will leave with a practical and wise vision to confidently navigate the real-life situations all parents face along the way — regardless of where they’re at in the process. All are welcome to attend the free community event. Donations to help offset costs will be gratefully accepted.
