Elizabeth Jeannette Smith, 93, died Sept. 30, 2016, at the Powell Valley Care Center in Powell.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Nov. 26, at 10:30 a.m. at the Union Presbyterian Church in Powell.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
