Former Powell and Cody resident, Elis B. Richards, died Tuesday, Dec. 17 in Wickenburg, Ariz.
He moved to Wickenburg 15 years ago from Park County. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Cody.
Survivors include his wife, Lula Ward-Richards; daughters Jeanette Christensen and husband Chris of Wickenburg, and Donna Meyer and husband Dale of Cody; eight grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Gertrude O. Brandt, who died in 1990.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
