Edward B. (Jack) Geisler passed away after a short stay in a Cody, Wyoming, hospice on Sept. 11, 2026, at the age of 97.
Per Jack’s request, there will be no formal funeral rights or commemorative events to note his passing. Jack has asked, instead, that each person with whom he spent time with, honor his passing through individual reflection upon their shared memories.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce, of Powell, Wyoming, and his daughter, Joyanna, of Homer, Alaska. He is sorrowfully survived by his son, Jim, and daughter-in-law, Carrol, of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
