Dorothy Belle Shinn, 89, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, at her home in Powell.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Union Presbyterian Church in Powell.
Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory.
