Powell Mayor Donald E. Hillman died Saturday, Feb. 4, at Spirit Mountain Hospice Center in Cody. He was 74.
Memorial services will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at Union Presbyterian Church.
A reception is scheduled at the Eagles Club following the services.
