Dale “Nick” Hackenberg died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012. He was 69.
He was born on Sept. 6, 1943 in Omaha, Neb.
Dale, formerly of Powell, worked as a welder for the Boilermakers Union.
Dale is survived by his children, Scott (Dena), and Nicci (Eric) of Powell; grandchildren Amanda (Bryan), Kaitlyn, Chase, Shelby, Cage, Cody and Colton; and great-grandchildren Haylie and Vinnie.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Oct. 13 at noon at Nottingham Park on 87th and Wadsworth behind Old Chicago in Denver.
