Dear editor:
Without signaling who’s who or calling out names, I’ve noticed quite a contrast between the two individuals running for Park County Attorney.
One candidate has years and years of experience here in Wyoming — the other is a newbie attorney and a recent transplant who foremost promotes herself to be a cowgirl.
One candidate is approachable, returns phone calls and will talk to anyone — the other seems to want to hold the voters at arms length and doesn’t bother answering questions or getting back to you.
One candidate touts all aspects of the duties of being a county attorney — the other mainly emphasizes prosecution and appears to be kind of a vindictive loose cannon by lashing out at opinion pieces and internet comments that question her experience and commitment to all aspects of the County Attorney’s Office.
One candidate is very active on the campaign trail by seeking out and meeting with voters throughout the county — the other is content with posting a formulated letter of support by the usual pretty people and self titled elites of the county that always pop up during election season hoping to sway us, the little people.
No need to mention names, but if the voter wants to pick the very best candidate for Park County Attorney, all they need to do is open their eyes and do a little research. Honestly, the difference is quite clear.
