The Nature Conservancy in Wyoming is inviting young photographers to participate in its 2020 Student Photo Contest. The theme is “I Believe in Conservation.”
Whether students shoot with a high-tech DSLR or snap pictures with a smartphone, contest organizers want to see photographers’ visions of nature in Wyoming. Besides prizes and statewide exhibition, submitted photos could be featured in Nature Conservancy publications, social media and web stories.
The contest is open to everyone 14 to 19 years old. There are four categories for entries: lands, waters, people in nature and wildlife.
Cash prizes up to $250 will be awarded, and winning entries will be exhibited around the state.
The deadline for entries is May 15. For more information and to enter online, visit www.nature.org/WYstudentphoto.
