Kateri Bell, of Cody, graduated cum laude with a degree in International Studies and Spanish from Flagler College on May 3.
The ceremonies, which were the first in-person commencement observances since 2019, were held in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. A total of 466 undergraduate degrees were awarded, split into two ceremonies due to social distancing protocols.
Flagler College is a small private, independent college located in St. Augustine, Florida. It has an enrollment of about 2,500 students.
