Charlie Kirk was a prophet much like Jesus himself. Yes, Charlie Kirk was a messenger like Jesus. Yes, Charlie Kirk roamed the country like Jesus answering his symposiums and gatherings with answers based on Old Testament scripture.
In a time when the left is trying to make good look like evil and evil look like good, Charlie reversed their reasonings with his light. And he glowed a bright light while condemning abortion, the mutilation of children and homosexual activity — rather advocating the family — and that made the Left livid and they struck out in anger at him and all that was good.
Unlike no one of modern times, Charlie Kirk was able to take modern day situations of both family and life’s questions and tie them exactly to the Old Testament. He, like Jesus, was young and dynamic and talked to the downtrodden, the confused, the combative.
Never have we seen any person who could speak so fast and so succinctly answering any question and tying it back to the Old Testament and the way Christ would have wanted us to act. Charlie, like Jesus, wanted God in the schools and everywhere and the Ten Commandments up for all to see. It is telling that Charlie Kirk was assassinated on school grounds where the Ten Commandments are not on the walls and prayer does not start classrooms, but is rather relegated to after school “clubs." He was killed with an unruly bunch at his feet challenging and taunting him. The second he fell, some of these dissenters rose and jumped in glee much like the crowd that taunted Jesus on the cross cheering on his torture.
Charlie Kirk traveled to college campuses and took on homosexual and cross-dressers and hateful students who tried to challenge him and Charlie answered back and met their questions with real life biblical answers and actions that were much like the four Gospels that document Jesus taking whips of cords and driving out the money-changers and merchants and animals that fouled the temple in Jerusalem and again returning that sacred space for worship.
Jesus’ actions with that whip in his hand and Charlie’s right-on actions won the hearts and minds of the general public but angered those on the side of evil.
Like Jesus, Charlie Kirk predicted his death, and his age of death was very close to Jesus’ at age 33. Charlie Kirk knew what was going to happen. When others spoke the truth, they were shot at and sometimes killed. Charlie Kirk wore a bulletproof vest at his presentations. He had a security force around him much like Jesus had his disciples around him. Both walked the earth and predicted the future.
Both Jesus and Charlie Kirk incurred the wrath of rulers. These rulers plotted against him. Jesus was arrested and crucified. Charlie Kirk was crucified by a bullet from a confused and angry boy-man. Jesus’ killers were misguided by public and ruler dissent. Charlie Kirk was killed by a bullet fired by a wayward boy-man fueled by the evil of the Left that had long ago strayed from any Old Testament principles.
Immediately after Charlie Kirk — the prophet — was killed, the world responded. With today’s population and technology, it is a safe bet that Prophet Charlie Kirk reached more people with his Old Testament teachings than Jesus did in his lifetime on earth.
Two prophets against evil. Evil wants to take the light away and dim hope. Good makes light shine bright and hope eternal.
And so Jesus lives on in our hearts and minds, so does Charlie Kirk the prophet through those who say “I’m Charlie Kirk."
