(July 9, 1931 - July 11, 2005) A Powell resident for about 25 years, Charles P. (Chuck) Endres, 74, died Monday, July 11 in Thayne following a sudden illness. He was born July 9, 1931, in Los Animas, Colo. He married Lila Lee Hubbard Feb. 7, 1951, in Rawlins. He was employed by Baker Oil Tools for 35 years until his retirement in 1993.His interests included hunting, fishing, antique cars and golfing. Chuck and Lila enjoyed thir summer months at their home in Thayne and their winters in Bullhead City, Ariz.Survivors include his wife, Lila; two sons, Charles Jr. and wife Kristin of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Richard and wife Diane of Rock Springs; one daughter, Mrs. Randy (Jill) Hess of Troy, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Dax and Erin Endres of Rock Springs.Cremation has taken place.
