Regarding “charged language” by Powell Councilman Troy Bray: It appears that, as usual in such circumstances, some find his comments distasteful while others do not.
I simply want to point out that he is living up to his name. A dictionary will suffice to note two major definitions for bray. “1.a harsh, breathy cry, as of a donkey. 2. to make such a cry.”
