Blanche “Elaine” Borcher, 84, passed away on Nov. 4, 2019, at her home in Billings, Montana. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Nov.16, 2019, at First United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
