Ty and Lisa Barrus of Powell are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelsi Barrus, to Stephen Harker, also of Powell. He is the son of Mike Harker of Ammon, Idaho and Sandra Gordon, of Perry, Utah.
The bride elect is a graduate of Powell High School and attended Northwest College.
The prospective groom attended Powell High School and graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls. He is a graduate of Idaho State University in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
The wedding is set for 3 p.m. Saturday, March 20, at The Commons at Pond Park in Powell.
Following the wedding, the couple will live in Charleston, South Carolina, where the groom is employed as an arial systems engineer.
