The Northwest College Board of Trustees invites applications from Meeteetse area residents interested in serving on the board.

Trustees will select an individual to fill the unexpired term of Meeteetse trustee Nada Larsen, who is resigning effective July 15; her term runs through November.

Candidates must be residents of Park County School District 16 and be willing to attend regular and special meetings.

To apply, individuals should submit a one-page letter of application stating their qualifications and reasons for seeking the position; a resume and references are optional. Letters should be submitted to NWC Executive Secretary for the President and Board of Trustees Diana Gwynn at Diana.Gwynn@nwc.edu.

The deadline to submit letters is 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1. For more information or questions, call Gwynn at 307-754-6058.

Trustees will review and consider applications at their Monday, July 6, meeting.

Current trustees are Carolyn Danko, Dustin Spomer and Mark Wurzel of Powell; Luke Anderson, John Housel and Bob Newsome of Cody; and Larsen, of Meeteetse. For more information about the Board of Trustees — including minutes from past meeting — visit nwc.edu/bot.
