You used to play a doctor on TV. I wonder if that character of 25 years ago would be advocating vitamin A and cod liver oil to prevent contracting measles? I used to have the impression that, in the event of a measles outbreak, that person would have been on the local Wyoming TV station recommending getting a vaccine.
Maybe not.
By the way — my retirement portfolio has taken a big hit in the last few days. Egg prices have not gone down. There’s talk of cutting Social Security benefits. How long is this period of suffering that the president and his boss have been telling us to expect supposed to last, before we become so rich we can hardly believe it?
