Continuing into mid-August the Good Old Boys were out on the fairways at the Powell Golf Club, playing two best net ball as the game of the week.
Coming in first with a score of 131 was the team of Thom Seliga, Bob Mason, Paul Devoss and Lloyd Snyder.
Just behind in second with the benefit of strong blind draws of Gerry Johns and Seliga was the team of Clark Jeffs and Marc Saylor with a 135.
One stroke behind in third was the team of Johns, Don Hardy, Steve Burtoft and Jim Tobin.
Fourth place went to Ed Swistak, Bob Varian, Rhett Wolff and Dave Frost with a 149.
Rounding out the team scores with a 151 was the quartet of Joe Comer, Dennis McCollum, Curt Dugger and Larry Hedderman.
Two deuces were carded, one by Jeffs on hole No. 8 and Hardy on hole No. 17.
The low net went to Gerry Johns with a 73 and the low gross went to Clark Jeffs with an 84.
