Howard E. Franzen, a long-time resident of Powell, died June 12, 2013, at his home in Powell. He was 71.
Howard was born Feb. 13, 1942, in Burlington. He was raised in Burlington and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife Linda (Voss) Franzen, cousins in Powell in Cody, and many nieces and nephews.
Per Howard’s request, no services were held.
Interment was in the Basin cemetery.
Atwood Family Funeral Home Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
