REQUEST FOR ZONE CHANGE FOR
PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Stonecrest Subdivision, located within Annexation Plat of Stonecrest Addition, Tract 3, Lot 63, Resurvey Township 55 North, Range 99 West, 6th Principal Meridian, City of Powell, Park County Wyoming.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Powell Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. and that a public hearing will be held by the governing body of the City of Powell in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, March 3 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the purpose of which is to consider the request to change the zoning designation of the property described below from its current zoning designation as A-C, Agricultural Cultivation, per Chapter 17.64 of the Powell Municipal Code, to R-M, Residential Mixed Use District, pursuant to Chapter 17.32 of the Powell Municipal Code.
The legal description of the subject real properties is as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Stonecrest Subdivision, located within Annexation Plat of Stonecrest Addition, Tract 3, Lot 63, Resurvey Township 55 North, Range 99 West, 6th Principal Meridian, City of Powell, Park County Wyoming.
