Vining Substation services

REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Powell is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for Professional Electrical Engineering services for design documents for Upgrade of the Vining Substation for the City of Powell, WY. The selected consultant is anticipated to design and oversee construction of a multiyear, multiphase major maintenance and upgrade of the City’s medium voltage Vining Substation. The consultant will also prepare recommendations for improving the reliability of the City system. The consultant will work with the City of Powell, and the city’s retained general engineering consultant, Engineering Associates of Powell, WY.
SOQs are due by 4:00 p.m. on September 9, 2019.

An optional meeting on-site for interested firms will be held at 9:00 am Tuesday, August 20, at the substation, at the corner of Ingalls St. and 6th St.
This is not a request for Proposal. The City of Powell is not obligated by this request to award any contract.
