NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLE
WHEREAS, Dwight Gilbert is in possession of a 1978 Ford Bronco, VIN U15HLBJ0290, Wyoming Title No. 11-435643, abandoned on his property located at 1898 Lane 11, Powell, Wyoming 82435. The current owners of the vehicle are: ADAM and ANGELA RICHARDSON of 1189 Road 20, Powell, Wyoming 82435; and
WHEREAS, Dwight Gilbert will sell the vehicle at auction on May 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at 1098 Road 17, Powell, Wyoming 82435; and
WHEREAS, written notice of sale of abandoned vehicle has been served upon the record owners by certified mail, return receipt requested, and by publication at least ten (10) days prior to the auction; and
WHEREAS, the amount of money claimed for expenses incident to the removal, preservation, custody, storage and sale are: publication fees of $212.73, attorney’s fees of $843.00, costs of storage of $2,000.00, for a total sum of $3,055.73; and
WHEREAS, the property being sold may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchasers should research the status of title before submitting a bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, DWIGHT GILBERT will have the vehicle sold at auction to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on May 20, 2020, at 1098 Road 17, Powell, Wyoming, for application on the above-described amounts.
