NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DAVISON VARIANCE REQUEST
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 9:35am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Variance Request Application of Katie Hauck Davison (applicant) on behalf of Mitchell Davison (owner). The applicant is seeking a variance to operate a highway commercial business use in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody/Powell Rural planning area. Approval of this variance will allow the applicant to apply for a Special Use Permit to operate a short-term rental unit on the property, which will not be owner-occupied. The proposed use is within a 1.20-acre parcel described as Lot 2, New Roots Vineyard & Winery SS-316, recorded in Plat Bk. Q, Pg. 52; being part of Lot 46-R, T56N R98W and Lot 46-Q, T56N R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is located approximately three miles northeast of Powell, with an address of 675 Lane 5, Powell, WY.
