After a week off from competition the Northwest College wrestling team will head into Montana this weekend to take part in a pair of competitions in Great Falls.
Northwest will first take part in the Battle of the Rockies Duals on Friday, in a competition that features a pair of NJCAA teams in Snow College and North Idaho College as well as two NAIA programs in host University of Providence and Montana State University-Northern.
The Trappers will then take part in the Battle of the Rockies Open, against those same teams on Saturday.
That will be the final competition for the Trappers in the first semester. The next action for Northwest will be in January when Northwest heads to the NJCAA National Duals on Jan. 10-11 in Miami, Oklahoma.
The Trappers will return home for the first time since Nov. 8 on Friday, Jan. 17, for a dual against Western Wyoming.
