NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DECREE
OF DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY
Gary D. Burnett, as executor of the estate of Sharon R. Thompson, deceased, has filed with the District Court of Park County, at Cody, Wyoming, an application for a Decree setting over to Estella Burnett, Karon G. Keahey, and the Fellowship of Praise, in equal shares, a one fourth (1/4th) ownership interest in the following described real property:
Unit 8, Block 2, Grand View Estates Adult Living Subdivision Amended to the City of Powell, according to the plat recorded in the County Records of Park County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon,
appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT TO all easements, rights-of-way,
reservations and covenants of record
and as may appear upon the premises.
Estella Burnett, Karon G. Keahey, and the Fellowship of Praise are entitled to the payment, delivery, and possession in equal shares of the whole one fourth (1/4th) ownership interest of the above described real estate as the only claiming distributees. The above-described property shall be applied to the debts of decedent and then distributed pursuant to the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Sharon R. Thompson to Estella Burnett, Karon G. Keahey, and the Fellowship of Praise in equal shares. There are no other persons having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings.
Said Application for summary decree of distribution of real property is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of District Court, Park County, Wyoming. If there are no objections to said Petition after this Notice has been published once a week for two consecutive weeks and it appears that the facts set forth in the Petition are not in dispute, upon the 13th day of May, 2021 at 8:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court, Park County, in Cody, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a Decree of Distribution establishing Estella Burnett, Karon G. Keahey, and the Fellowship of Praise in equal shares as the fee simple owner of a one fourth (1/4th) interest in this property.
