Dear Editor:
That nasty four-letter word has reared its ugly head again.
I respect Nate Martin’s right to express his opinion. I do not respect his reference to money managed by our federal government as “free.”
He and his ilk insist on perpetuating the liberal held myth that “government” money is a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Any time federal funds are mentioned, the word government should be replaced with the word TAXPAYER. There is NO FREE MONEY, Mr. Martin!
Maybe Wyoming legislators are smart enough to know that cautious spending of working citizen’s income tax dollars is judicious management.
