NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HAPPY DAYS MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-86) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 11:05am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Happy Days Minor Subdivision (MS-86) (applicant/owner: David Bugher). The proposed subdivision will create one 2.64-acre lot and one 2.65-acre lot, from a 5.29-acre parcel. The property is Lot 1-A of the Amended Plat of Simple Subdivision SS-11, Lot 80-T, Resurvey, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The unaddressed property is located approximately 725 feet northeast of the City of Powell, west of County Road 8 on the north side of County Lane 8, in a Rural Residential 2-Acre (RR-2) zoning district in the Powell Planning Area.
