NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HORIZON ESTATES MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-89) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Horizon Estates Minor Subdivision (MS-89) (Applicant: Cullen Whisenhunt on behalf of landowner C and R Cattle Company, LLC). The proposed five-lot residential subdivision will create one 9.04-acre lot, one 7.88-acre lot, one 11.40-acre lot, one 26.39-acre lot and one 28.45-acre lot from an 83.24-acre parcel. The proposed subdivision is within Lot 2, Section 24, Resurvey, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The unaddressed property is in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody-Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately nine miles west of Powell city limits, at the southeast corner of the intersection of County Lane 10 and County Road 20.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
