NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HAMIC RANCH SUP-267
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Hamic Ranch RV Park SUP-267 (Applicant: Lonny T Hamic on behalf of landowner Hamic Trust). The applicant is proposing a 4-unit RV park for people traveling with horses and other recreationists. The RV pads will have water, sewer and electric hookups. A shower house (bathroom, laundry + storage) is proposed and corrals will be available for stalling horses. The use is proposed on approximately 7- acres within a 160-acre parcel located approximately 30 miles north of Cody, approximately 2 miles west of the Belfry Highway, with an address of 300 Road 1BF, Powell. The property is described as Lots 7 and 12, E1/2SW1/4 of Section 30 T58N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The property is within a General Rural 20-acre (GR-20) zoning district, in the Clark Planning Area.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
