NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HALF STAR MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-82)
SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 11:45am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Half Star Minor Subdivision (MS-82) (Applicant: Triple KB Ranch LLC on behalf of landowner Cody Easum). The proposed subdivision will create one 15.06-acre lot for residential and agricultural use. The proposed subdivision is within an approximately 92.33-acre parcel described as that part of Lots 75-V and 75-W lying south and east of the centerline of Lane 11 1/2 & Lots 75-EE & 75-P & 74-Q & Tracts 1, 3 & 9 in Section 32 T55N- R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The subdivision will produce a 77.27-acre exempt remainder parcel. The property is unaddressed and is located in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately 3.5 miles southeast of Powell, on the south side of Lane11 ½ in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
